Inspection Manager Functions

  • AI Data Extraction: Uses the GPT-4o model to identify header details (inspector, date, location) and extract all listed deficiencies.

  • Automated Action Planning: Suggests corrective actions for typical issues such as penetrations, sprinkler obstructions, or ceiling damage based on applicable standard (NFPA, IBC, IFC, ADA,...).

  • Interactive Preview: Displays extracted data and recommendations in a reviewable on-screen table.

  • Report Generation: Exports three pre-filled Excel reports—CAP, LSRA, and ILSM—based on extracted data.

  • Session Tools: Offers “Reset” and “Dark/Light Mode” options for convenience.

  • Offsite Detection – LS-EOC reports without floor/smoke compartment indicators are now correctly classified as "Offsite" instead of "Hospital." The status badge displays "Offsite" with the green indicator.

  • Practice Name Extraction – Offsite LS-EOC reports now extract the actual practice name from the Audit Title field (e.g., "X Family Medicine Center") instead of incorrectly displaying a hospital campus code.

  • Address Parsing Fix – Resolved an issue where street names containing campus keywords  were incorrectly matched as hospital campus codes. Road suffixes (Hwy, Rd, Dr, etc.) are now properly excluded from campus detection.

  • Date Extraction Fallbacks – Added additional date parsing patterns for offsite reports that don't use the standard "Conducted on" format, including "Date of Inspection," "Inspection Date," and subtitle-line date extraction.

  • Updates / Changes Log – Added a new "Updates" button to the toolbar that opens a changelog modal showing version history and past improvements.
